What «accepted» means
A report is accepted when it meets all three of these conditions. They are checkable: it isn't our judgement, and if we don't accept it we tell you which of the three is missing.
- 1. Si rivede seguendo i tuoi passi — Descrive qualcosa che non funziona, e seguendo quello che hai scritto lo rivediamo anche noi.
- 2. Non la sapevamo già — Non l'ha già segnalata qualcun altro e non è già in un nostro elenco pubblico.
- 3. Riguarda una funzione che esiste già — Una cosa che nel prodotto c'è, e non fa quello che dovrebbe. Le richieste di funzioni nuove sono un'altra cosa.
Counts
- «The X button does nothing when I do Y first»

Doesn't count
- «Nice», «Great job», «Keep it up»
- «I don't like the purple»

And ideas? We want them, and we read them all — but they don't count for the months: the third condition asks for a feature that already exists. For those there is the roadmap pubblica, where you vote on what we build first.
We say it first because it's fair: without a written criterion, «real feedback» becomes a promise somebody feels betrayed by — and they would be right.
How to do it
- 1. Create an account (it's free) and use Immaginia for what you actually need — real defects come out of real use, not from test plans.
- 2. When something goes wrong, send it via Send feedback, in the side bar. Write what you were doing and what you expected.
- 3. Accepted reports are counted for you on the Rewards page, together with the months you have earned.
Earned months apply by themselves when you subscribe: they are already discounted at checkout. If you earn 12, you use Immaginia Pro for a year without paying anything.
